There are 40 places available on the trip- open to current Year 7, 8 & 9 students. New Year 7s will be able to book onto the trip either by paying by cash / cheque at the academy main Reception before Friday 19th July 2019 or by paying online in September if there are places remaining.
Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and are dependent on receipt of a £150 non-returnable deposit, as well as the completed consent form; letters are available from Student Reception as of today.
Please note that students must display impeccable behaviour at Airedale Academy on a day-to-day basis, in order to be taken on a trip overseas and any students who display uncooperative behaviour in school will be withdrawn from the trip.
The full cost for the visit will be in the region of £1100, which must be paid in full by 4th January 2021. This can be paid in instalments by Parent Pay or in cash at Student Reception. This is fully inclusive of: flights, coach transfers, ski lessons, lift pass and full board accommodation.
In addition to this, optional evening activities will be offered at additional cost (swimming, pizza night etc), as well as trip hoodies.
Please note, that a ski suit, ski gloves, base layers and ski socks will be a requirement for the trip.
